What are the minimum order requirements?

To place an order with us either online or instore, we require a minimum
purchase amount of £100. This ensures that we provide the best possible value
and service to our wholesale clients. If you have any questions about your order

How can I set up an account?

To create an account with us, please follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the homepage of our website.
2) Click on the “My Account” icon located at the top right of the page (next to
the basket icon).
3) Select “Create Account”
4) Complete the form with the requested information.
5) Once all fields are filled out, select “Create.”
6) Upon selecting “Create”, you will receive a verification code sent to your
registered email address. Please check your email and enter this code
when prompted.
7) After verifying your email, your account will be successfully created, and
you will be ready to place your order.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We offer next day delivery for orders received before 1PM. This ensures
your items arrive promptly and efficiently. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil
the next day delivery request, we will contact you to notify you of the reasoning
behind this. If you have any specific delivery requirements or questions, please
feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer private labelling or customisation services?

Yes, we do offer a customisation service. However, please note that
there is a minimum order quantity requirement for customised orders. For more
information and to discuss your specific needs, please contact us directly. Our

Can I visit your showroom or warehouse?

Yes, we would be delighted to welcome customers to our showroom.

Do you provide marketing support or materials for retailers

Yes, we can provide images of our products upon request. Additionally,
we offer detailed information, including material content and colour ratios for
pre-packed assorted colour products. If you require any specific information,
please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We are happy to return or exchange faulty products. However, we must
be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. All goods are sold as new, and
any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days. Items ordered
as clearance or in one of our special offer sales are non-refundable. Goods must
be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a sale-able condition.

How will I know once my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, our courier service will notify you
via text or email. To ensure you receive these communications, please provide
accurate contact details at checkout. We primarily use DPD but may
occasionally use other courier services if necessary.
